TamperSure Chairman and CEO Rick McCormick has more than 40 years of experience in the patent field, including research, analysis, and development, primarily in the area of product safety, with an emphasis on tamper-evident packaging in the personal healthcare field. In conjunction with IP firm Knobbe Martens, McCormick has been instrumental in obtaining the Truly Tamper-evident Container™ patent for the corporation.

TamperSure, Inc. is an Orange County, California-based corporation that offers patent licensing of its innovative Truly Tamper-evident Container™ to manufacturers of many different products including toothpaste, shampoos, lotions, tablets, and many other items. TamperSure believes that the tamper-evident packaging that these products are currently stored in can be better protected with its simple, cost-effective packaging safeguards which would result in numerous benefits to the manufacturers and their customers. Our licensing agreements are geared towards the manufacturers of these products, including Proctor and Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, Neutrogena, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Unilever, and many others. With the tremendous potential of licensing our patents to these and many other manufacturers of all sizes, TamperSure is determined to create a much safer world for everyone.
