Newport Beach, CA 2/28/2026 TamperSure Incorporated is pleased to announce that it has been notified by Chairman and CEO Rick McCormick that he has almost two dozen patents pending, most of which are Continuation-In-Part (CIP) patent applications that could strengthen TamperSure’s game-changing Truly Tamper-evident Container patent. “I have been hard at work expanding the Truly Tamper-evident Container family of patents in the hopes of working in conjunction with pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and personal care goods manufacturers to create a safer world for their consumers. The new patent applications cover a wide array of safer packaging, including one that can decipher whether medicine has expired or been laced with a foreign substance such as Fentanyl. Negotiations between Mr. McCormick and TamperSure for purchasing this latest patent are ongoing with TamperSure hopeful that an agreement can be reached.

TamperSure Incorporated Files New Patent Application With USPTO
Newport Beach, CA 12/13/2025: TamperSure Incorporated is pleased to confirm that it has filed yet another Continuation-In-Part (C-I-P) patent application (Application #19/417,034) with the United States Patent and Trademark Office to strengthen its Truly Tamper-evident Container™ patent. TamperSure Chairman and CEO Rick McCormick said, “We believe this is truly historic with regards to finally getting serious about protecting the public when it comes to consumer goods tamper-evident packaging.
